Nowadays, thanks to the quality and stability of the Internet, remote services should normally be preferred as they are more sustainable and cost-effective, and interpreters from different parts of the world are more readily available. Face-to-face services should only be preferred at sites that do not have a good communications infrastructure or at meetings where security and confidentiality are a priority.
Do you have interpreters specialized in specific subjects, such as medical or legal issues?
Yes, we have interpreters trained in several areas to ensure accuracy. However, we always recommend that our clients provide us, as far in advance as possible, with all the information available on the topic to be discussed and the speakers or persons involved, to guarantee the best possible result.
When should simultaneous interpretation be used with audio, and when should subtitles be used?
Simultaneous audio interpretation is the best solution for events where the audience is not very large, up to 400 people. For events with more attendees, real-time captioning eliminates the logistics of delivering and returning equipment, resulting in a lower cost. Additionally, closed captioning has other advantages in any situation, such as helping to make information accessible to the hearing impaired and having a transcript of the event at the end of the event, making it easier to share this information with others. It also facilitates the search for information transmitted at the event.

Where are the studios located, and what type of studios do you rent?
We are located in a central area of the city of Bogotá. This allows easy access from anywhere. We also have versatile studios for various productions.
What is the maximum capacity for each studio?
We currently have studios up to 24 m2. The maximum capacity is five people, but ideally, no more than 3.
Can I visit the studios before confirming the podcast?
Yes, visits are welcome so that our customers can evaluate the conditions offered on-site and certify if they meet their requirements. In addition, we can provide audiovisual equipment such as cameras, lights, screens, and even the technical staff for production and editing.
