ATmedios, the Colombian company in charge of developing these support systems, follows international accessibility standards in order to contribute to opening new spaces for inclusion.
"Movies for EveryoneMovies for Everyone" started in 2013 in an alliance with Cine Colombia and Fundacion Saldarriaga Concha. Its objective is to reach 60 percent of the 2.9 million people with disabilities in the country, so they can enjoy these entertainment spaces with their families.
Caracol Television will offer the audio description service for people who are blind or have low vision. The documentary "Entre Ojos" will be the first to offer this system starting on Saturday, November 29 at 11:00 p.m.
